The existing “received capsule” experience relied heavily on a text-thread style interface, which created a disconnect between the intent of the product and the actual user experience.
At its core, VTC is designed to deliver meaningful content meant to evoke emotion and reflection. However, the current experience treated that content more like a message log than a narrative.
